All rooms are Single occupancy

Add-on: $100 for a lake view room

Deposit

Confirm your participation with a $500 non-refundable deposit.

Ensure that 50% of the total cost is paid by April 20, 2026.

Complete the payment of your remaining balance by May 30, 2026.

Transportation:

Shuttle service will be provided from Denver International Airport to Shadowcliff, arriving for our 3 pm check-in .

The retreat does not include:

Insurance for personal, medical, or trip cancellation (strongly advised)
Dining, snacks, or alcoholic drinks outside of meal-times
Solo excursions
Purchases of souvenirs, spa treatments, taxi fares, laundry services, or similar personal expenses

Do you have Food Allergies? Shadowcliff will serve our group family style, and can accomodate reasonable requests for our group. We are happy to learn about your dietary accommodations.
